Each situation has it's explanation and/or justifications so applying a blanket statement/label to any one person is a bit ridiculous don't you think? Disclaimer: I'm sarcastic and at times, blunt and pissy. No, that's not going to change. No complaining about this. Why did you move back to Seattle if you don't like it? Because this is where my family lives, and as much as they are a pain in the ass, they are still family through thick or thin. The weather, the misused taxes and crazy politics, the shitty drivers, the lack of urban fashion, all of that pales in comparison. (i'm still vocal about all of them being an irritation though) You're a liberal, right? No, I'm a moderate. I despise the welfare state and being taxed to death to support it, but I believe each of us has basic needs that must be met according to Maslows Hierarchy and if I can provide that through the State acting as a vehicle of delivery, then I'm all for it. I also hate tax cuts because I see them for what they are: my own money being loaned to me with an interest rate and a guarantee of payback in the future. Also, moral relativism may be a slippery slope but this whole moral crusade by the conservative masses is a farce. I hear you're single. That would be correct at the time of this writing. I still enjoy female companionship. I am not a eunuch or a priest. However, I like owning my sanity, my finances and my off-time. I know relationships for me always involve compromise which can then turn into self-neglect and I'm not at a point where I can enjoy that risk. Some risks I enjoy, dating is not one of them. What did you go to college for? Technically, PhotoJournalism and Women's Studies which doesn't mean squat in my current profession. I also have a certificate in Office Equipment Repair which is slightly more useful in IT work as it employs the flow chart of troubleshooting I must use on a daily basis. At least I was able to travel, if nothing else during college. As many do, I learned plenty about life and people outside the classroom, more than I ever did inside of it. Practical theory is great until it collides with reality. Bonus Question: What does nesanieru mean? Nesanieru is Nathaniel or Nathan for short, in Japanese.
